FTP Instructions

If you need to send us large files (over 5MB) which are not easily emailed, please contact Mitch Walker for an FTP account. You will then need to add the account to your FTP program.

If you are already familiar with FTP and have a program installed on your computer, then you probably don't need this tutorial. If not, the Filezilla FTP program is free and simple to use. You can download Filezilla (4.4MB) here.

Your username is in the form of an email address and since Internet Explorer gets confused by the ampersand (@), you cannot FTP to our server directly from Internet Explorer

Like most servers these days, our server prefers Passive transfers; so if you are able to connect but have problems uploading files, please ensure that you have configured your account to use Passive transfers.
